This was one of the worst experiences I've had. Directed to a room that is smoke filled, dirty, and in disarae. Then to be transferred to another room that hasn't accommodated my guest and myself. The next room I had dirty sheets on the bed and when I went to get more they said that they don't have anymore. It took two days to get clean sheets. There was a roach in the kitchen that ran up behind the cabinets and I was terrified and also my kids.

The jotel os really nice they have alot of updated decor..Looks loke it had be recently renovated. The stay was fine until the last night when someone repeatedly tried to force their way in out room. My husband and I amd several calls to the font desk and it was dismissed with " Oh someone is just confused about the room numbers." I told them I was calling the police but never did they call back to the room or come to check on us. It is ont thing ro tug on the door if they had the wrong wrom bit they were actively trying to break the door down repeatedly

The front desk staff are ill mannered. The black girl with a tattoo that worked the night shift on August 2, 2023, at 10pm, threatened to call Sandy Springs police for a guest who simply asked if there was a business center on the premises. I am black as well so this is not a racist thing. Also check your bank statement because they will charge you twice.

Furniture fell on 9 month baby!

My family stayed at this hotel in room 306 and 310. 5 adults 1 teen and 9 month baby. The baby is 18lbs and held onto dresser as she is learning to walk. The entire dresser fell on top off her. She cried hysterically but could not see any physical damaged. I went to front desk 05.20.23 around 22:00 and told the tall man who was working what had happened, his first question was " did the dresser break?" Second was "did the tv fall as well?" And then finally "how is the baby?" . He followed us back to the room to look and said " the dresser is on a slant which is why it would have fell" and left room. On 05.21.23 went to front desk to speak to manager was told one was not there and to return the next dsy and speak to Chase. The female staff member who I spoke to was unaware of situation. I returned on 05.22.23 and was told Manager not in and has decided to take a few days off. I requested the managers manager and was told there is not such a person and to contact Hilton helpdesk. We left hotel for a few hours and when we rwturned the dresser was attached to the wall. It took 2 days for them to fix it and did not even mention that it had been done. Today is 05.24.23 and as off yet no manager has been available to see me, and no apology has been made. This could have had a tragic ending, Thanking God she is okay. Hilton you have alot to answer too!

As a Hilton Honors member, I was disappointed in our stay. One of the beds was missing a dust ruffle and you could see the bed posts were bent which made us uneasy. Light above stove was burnt out and no breakfast menu was posted on our fridge. Shower nozzle caked in black mold. No complimentary shampoo/conditioner, just a small bar of soap. Side wall lamps had cords, but no outlet to plug them into. Indoor pool is not heated. People above us had children that stomped constantly and their TV was too loud. I think I'll just start using VRBO since my last few stays with Hilton have been subpar. Front desk staff were nice, though. Only positive.
